London Part IX: My Last Day
I found it interesting to see so many guys in this tight cuffed pant look, here paired with dress shoes and an overcoat. Another thing Id like to add, the american slob look of having your shirt untucked has also been spreading rapidly… fortunately not as fast as the skinny tie paired with untucked shirt.
Dont get me wrong- I like this guys kit. Alot. He was traveling and visiting London. (if he wasnt working, who cares that his shirts untucked! ) That unconstructed briefcase is killer ! Also noticed these brooks brothers RL sorta frames have been making a huge comeback in Europe (hopefully replacing the other plastic frames that have spread too far and wide…
Cornell Tie & Harvard Braces
He was coming from an old classmates funeral, I was really excited because I have the same hat, same color and pinched just the same (Worth & Worth) only he wears it much better, his 3 pc suit and those frames! but his knot and attitude took the cake.
He said “we could stay here til the tulips come up”

Jerry was so cool- asked if this photo would get him into any trouble!, collar turned up just casually crossing Madison Avenue. Im sure he would never wear his lapel and collar turned up if it wasnt a frigid winter day, but i think he looks great in that N.Y. businessman way quick stroll, no coat..meeting to meeting..but stillhad time for a quick photo. Thank you Jerry
