Harry and his Cazal glasses
Everyone should be familiar with fotog. (Back In The Days) Jamel Shabazz. He captured heads in their glory, running the streets and subway cars in their kangol hats, adidas, pumas.. NIKE window displays.. women in high waisted jeans, guys in track suits and the illest eyewear by Gazelle; most wearing the plastic style.
This type was favored by the likes of Harry and a select group of other brave men whom ill post shortly.. yes, there are others!
Sean in wool challis
I’ve run into Sean on numerous occasions, always impeccably dressed. Here while grocery shopping I tried capturing his double breasted wool vest with hand pick stitching, wool challis tie and scarf, both with equestrian themes. I wish the pictures showed their detail better. Please click on the images and perhaps you can make it out.. Sean takes the award for best dressed at RL FW 09.
Joe Rosenblatt
On my way out of 4 Times Square (Conde Nast and Skaggen Law firm), this fella was waiting for a fellow lawyer in the lobby and I had to get his flick. After taking a dozen or so the security kindly yelled from their counter NO PICTURE TAKING. I asked Joe his name and he said “Joe Rosenblatt- like the cantor !”
